Welcome to the online home of Region 12 of the STARFLEET International Fan Club!

Region 12 is one of many geographic regions around the world that make up STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association. Region 12 consists of the STARFLEET members and local organizations (ships and shuttles) in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Many of the Chapters in this region take part in monthly meetings to discuss chapter business, local news and events, and to plan for chapter activities. Activities can include but are not limited to: movie nights, fundraising (both for the chapter and local charities), costuming, gaming, attending conventions, community development, and more. Once a year, many of our members in Region 12 come together for a Regional Summit, allowing the chapters to share ideas on how to improve their chapters, but in general, Summits are intended to be a celebration of friendship, comradery and Star Trek!

All chapters in Region 12 are actively looking for more members. Please visit our Chapters page to find the Region 12 chapter nearest you (link to the left). We have both meeting and correspondence chapters to suit your needs. Can't find a chapter in the area? The Region staff and Commanding Officers in Region 12 will be happy to help you start your own chapter in your own area. All you need is four or five good friends who share your same interests and the time to have fun! To start your own chapter, feel frre to contact the Region 12 Regional Coordinator or any of the Chapter COs via email.

STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc. (STARFLEET) is expanding into your area. STARFLEET is the oldest fan-run organization in the world, and we'd like you to be part of it. What is a Fan Association? We are a network of fans all around the world that share one key interest: our appreciation of Star Trek. What is STARFLEET? It is a group of over 4000 people that have banded together to have fun, enjoy Star Trek™, and help their communities in the process. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, we are the largest fan-run fan club in the entire world. STARFLEET organizes itself into chapters, each bearing the name of a different starship. These chapters gather on the local level, have parties, meetings, plan events and perform community service. STARFLEET gathers its chapters into twenty regions that can pool their resources. Friendship and cooperation extends acros states and provinces, and even nations.
