Go-between with STARFLEET Shakedown Operation, the Shakedown Chapters, the Support Ships and the R12RC;  Cooperates with the RRO; Reports to the JVRC

Commanding Officer - USS Aux Arc  Ozark, Arkansas

Assists the chapters of the region in their recruiting efforts (if requested); is a go-between with the STARFLEET offices of Recruiting & Retention and the R12RC; Assists in informing individual members and their Commanding Officers of the region of renewals needed; Assists in assertaining the status of Unassigned member of the region and assigning those who wish to be active in STARFLEET to appropriate chapters; cooperates with the RSO; reports to the JVRC

Executive Officer, USS Jaresh-Inyo

Serves as Liaison for Region Twelve to the STARFLEET Technical Applied Research Labs Program, under the Vice Commander, STARFLEET.

Communications Officer, USS Oklahoma

Relays messages and information from the STARFLEET Announcement MailingList and pertainant messages from STARFLEET to the R12-L Mailing List.

Commanding Officer - Troubadour Station   St. Louis, Missouri

Serves as the Senior Advisor to the R12RC.
